just follow the simple three steps below:

Step 1:  

  • DOWNLOAD the application form here . 

  • Print the form and fill out completely.

Step 2: To rent  books now:

  •  DOWNLOAD the audio book Wish List here
    . 

  • Print the form. 

  • Fill in your complete NAME  

  • Check the RENTAL PLAN desired

  • List FORMAT, TITLE and AUTHOR of about 12 books you want AUDIO BOOK LIBRARY to send you

  • Keep updating your Wish List with additional titles and fax to 619.265.7911

  • (Or) E-mail a similar Wish List to:
